Mobile Touch Login

We know you continue to look for faster and more efficient ways to access your balances, accounts, and account activity.

Setting Up Touch ID:

  • After signing into the Mobile Banking app, you will see a "What’s New" page that informs you about the Touch ID feature. Tap "Create Now" to begin the setup process.
  • You will be taken to the "Quick Access" page. Tap the switch in the Touch ID field to activate the feature.
  • Tap "OK" to confirm the setup.

Once you have completed the setup, tapping the PFB Mobile Banking app icon on your iPhone launches Mobile Banking displaying the Touch ID authentication message rather than the "Sign On" page. Place your finger on the home button to access the Mobile Banking app.

 

 

Requirements: In order to use the Touch ID feature, your phone must meet the following requirements:
• Your phone must be an Apple® smartphone including iPhone® 5s, iPhone 6, and iPhone 6+
• You must be using iOS8®
• You must have version 3.4 of the Mobile Banking app
• Touch ID must be enabled on your iPhone

Mobile Passcode Login

Mobile Banking customers continue to look for faster and more efficient ways to access their balances, accounts, and account activity.

 

  • On the Create Passcode page, you will be prompted to enter your new passcode. The bubbles below the Enter Passcode instruction are filled from left to right as the passcode numbers are selected. Once you enter the required 4 digits, the page automatically submits the passcode and the Re-Enter Passcode page appears to confirm their passcode entry.

 

  • The passcode is validated against a set of standard policy rules and when confirmed, the following message appears: Your passcode was successfully created.

 

Mobile Banking enables you to enable, disable, or change your passcode at any time. Just look for "Passcode" under "Settings" in your Mobile Banking app.

Passcode Standards: Passcodes can be a minimum of four digits. Only the characters 0 through 9 are supported. Unlike some passwords, passcodes do not expire.

You can deposit checks using your smartphone from anywhere!

  • Take a photo of your check from wherever it is convenient for you.

  • Remember to take a picture on a solid color background.

  • Bank Required Endorsement:
    Signature, For Deposit Only, Full Account Number.

  • Mobile Deposit is FREE

  • There is a limit of $1,500.00 per day in deposits.
    *If a higher daily limit is needed please contact PFB Online Banking Department at (877) 645-1146.

  • Retains images of deposited checks

  •  Same day cut off time is 4:00 p.m.

Text banking gives you access to your accounts via text (SMS) messages on your phone. It's a fast, easy way to look up account balances or recent account history by sending a text command to a shortcode.

 

With Text Banking you can send a simple text message to:
